Key Responsibilities:Receiving and Stocking:Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage.Unload goods using forklifts, pallet jacks, or manually if necessary.Label and store goods in designated areas.Inventory Management:Perform regular inventory checks to ensure accuracy and availability.Update records in inventory management systems.Report discrepancies or shortages to the supervisor.Order Picking and Packing:Retrieve items from storage areas as per orders.Pack goods securely to prevent damage during transportation.Label shipments accurately for delivery or dispatch.Shipping and Dispatching:Load goods onto delivery vehicles, ensuring proper handling and placement.Verify orders and accompanying paperwork before dispatching.
