K4 Technical Services LLC is seeking a talented and experienced Painter with a background in fit-out projects to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in painting and finishing work and a proven track record of working in the UAE.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, scraping, and sanding.
• Apply paint, varnish, and other finishes to walls, ceilings, and other surfaces.
• Perform touch-ups and repairs to maintain a high-quality finish.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
• Ensure all painting work complies with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Collaborate with other construction professionals to ensure project completion.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Painter, specifically in fit-out projects.
• Prior experience working in the UAE is essential.
• Comprehensive knowledge of painting techniques, tools, and materials.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid UAE residency and work permit.
• Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor.
