1. Wall Painter

• Duties : Prepares surfaces, applies paint, varnish, or finishes, and ensures clean work areas.
• Skills : Attention to detail, knowledge of paint types, physical stamina.

2. ARC Welder

• Duties : Welds metal parts, inspects materials and follows blueprints.
• Skills : Proficiency in ARC welding, blueprint reading and safety compliance.

3. Carpenter

• Duties : Constructs and repairs wooden structures, installs fixtures and read blueprints.
• Skills : Use of hand/power tools, attention to detail, physical strength.

4. Electrician

• Duties : Installs, maintains, and repairs electrical systems, inspects for safety.
• Skills : Knowledge of electrical systems, troubleshooting, and safety adherence.

5. MEP Technician

• Duties : Installs and maintains mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Skills : Knowledge of MEP systems, blueprint reading and tool proficiency.
