: We are seeking a skilled individual to fill the position of Mason cum Painter within our company. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in both masonry work and painting, capable of executing tasks with precision and efficiency. This role requires versatility, as you will be responsible for various construction and finishing projects. Responsibilities:
- Masonry Work:
- Perform a variety of masonry tasks including bricklaying, blockwork, plastering, and concrete work.
- Interpret blueprints and construction drawings to ensure accurate execution of projects.
- Utilize appropriate tools and equipment to complete masonry tasks efficiently.
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times.
- Painting:
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and applying primer as necessary.
- Select and mix paints to achieve desired colors and finishes.
- Apply paint using brushes, rollers, or sprayers in a neat and uniform manner.
- Perform touch-ups and repairs to ensure a flawless finish.
