Responsibilities:
Sales and Lead Generation:

Product Knowledge:
Have a deep understanding of different credit card products, including benefits, fees, rewards, and other features.
Provide clear, accurate information to customers about the products to assist them in making informed decisions.
Sales Targets:
Work towards achieving and exceedingly daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Track progress towards sales goals and consistently meet or surpass expectations.
Application Processing:
Assist customers in completing the necessary application forms and documentation.
Submit applications for approval and ensure the smooth processing of all necessary paperwork.
Market Research:
Stay updated on the latest trends in the credit card industry, customer preferences, and competitors' offerings.
Use this information to adjust sales strategies and improve customer acquisition.
Customer Retention:
Build strong, long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Offer solutions and services to retain existing customers, ensuring satisfaction with the credit card product.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (bachelor's degree preferred).
Previous sales experience (especially in banking or financial products) is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close sales.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
