Job Description

Job Role:Responsible to assist operational teams in planning, organizing, directing and supervising the works in the appropriate operational departments to ensure smooth operation of all Mechanical & Electrical installations and associated equipment and that all equipment is maintained to highest achievable standard with minimum down time.

Conduct Site surveys and inspections.
Cost analysis and production of estimates for new projects and existing facilities.
Manpower planning.
Resource quantification.
Projects planning.
Liaise with 3rd party personnel in the execution of Imdaad contracts
Perform clerical duties to meet requirements of the job and adherence to all current company procedures
Assist in production of periodic reports as required by the Operational Managers.
Familiar with all MEP equipment and systems found within the Facilities managed by Imdaad.
Perform Supervisory responsibilities in accordance with operations policies.

Qualifications - External
Education/Qualifications

3-year Diploma is a must.
Professional Certification in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronic Engineering/ Plumbing/Fitter Trade OR ITI in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronic Engineering is a must.

Skills/ Competencies/ Experience

6 - 8 years relevant experience.
UAE Light Vehicle Driving License is a must.
People Management Skills, Delegation Skills and Problem Solving Skills.
Advanced communication skills in English (Oral and Written) and knowledge in other languages will be an advantage.
