We are looking for a friendly, efficient, and attentive

Waitress

to join our restaurant team. The ideal candidate will ensure an excellent dining experience by providing prompt and professional service, taking orders accurately, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout their visit.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers warmly and escort them to their tables Present menus and provide detailed information when asked (e.g., about portions, ingredients, or potential food allergies) Take accurate food and drink orders and enter them into the POS system Serve food and beverages in a timely and professional manner Check on customers to ensure they are enjoying their meals and take action to correct any problems Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the dining area at all times Process customer bills and handle payments Follow all health and safety guidelines Work as part of a team with kitchen and other front-of-house staff Upsell additional products when appropriate (e.g., desserts, drinks)

Requirements:

Previous experience as a waitress or in a customer service role is a plus Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure Polite, well-groomed, and presentable Flexible availability, including weekends and evenings Basic math skills for handling payments

Preferred Skills:

Familiarity with POS systems Knowledge of food and beverage service Multilingual abilities are an advantage
