We are seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-oriented
Waitress
for one of our Client (Resort) in
Al Ain
. As a Waitress, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to clients and guests while ensuring that our food and beverage offerings meet the highest standards. This role is essential in creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere for all our visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers warmly and guide them to their tables.
Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring attention to special requests or dietary needs.
Serve food and beverages promptly and in an organized manner.
Maintain knowledge of the menu, including daily specials, and make recommendations based on customer preferences.
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally and promptly.
Ensure all tables are clean, set, and well-stocked with necessary utensils and condiments.
Monitor tables throughout service to ensure customer satisfaction.
Assist with setting up and breaking down service areas.
Process payments using the POS system and provide accurate change.
Adhere to health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely food and beverage delivery.
Perform other duties as needed to maintain a smooth and efficient dining operation.
Requirements:
6 months to 1 year
experience as a Waitress or in a customer service role is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent multitasking and organizational abilities.
Positive attitude and a customer-first mindset.
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
Basic knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation procedures.
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Must be of legal age to serve alcohol (where applicable).
Ability to work in a team and support colleagues as necessary.
