We are dedicated to providing our guests with an unforgettable dining experience and are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team as waitresses. : As a waitress at our esteemed restaurant, you will play a key role in delivering outstanding customer service and ensuring our guests have a pleasant dining experience. Your responsibilities will include taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and organized dining area. Responsibilities: Greet and seat guests with a friendly and welcoming attitude. Present menus and provide detailed information on menu items. Take accurate food and drink orders and relay them to the kitchen staff. Serve food and beverages to guests promptly and professionally. Monitor tables to ensure guests are satisfied with their dining experience. Handle customer complaints and inquiries with patience and professionalism. Process payments and provide accurate change and receipts. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area. Assist in setting up and clearing tables, ensuring a tidy environment. Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service. Requirements: Age between 20 to 30 years old. Previous experience as a waitress or in a similar role is preferred but not required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong customer service orientation. Attention to detail and ability to multitask. Positive attitude and a team player. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays. Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices is a plus. Please send your CV
