Palma Beach Resort & Spa is seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented

Waitress

to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for excellent service, a positive attitude, and the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

Responsibilities:

Greet guests warmly and ensure they have a pleasant dining experience. Take food and beverage orders accurately and serve them in a timely manner. Set up tables, clean dining areas, and maintain high hygiene standards. Assist guests with menu recommendations and special requests. Work closely with the kitchen and bar team to ensure smooth service. Handle customer feedback professionally and efficiently.

Requirements:

Previous experience in food & beverage service is preferred but not mandatory. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team. Must be presentable, polite, and customer-focused. Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Note:
