Job Description

We are seeking a friendly, attentive, and efficient Waitress to join our restaurant team. As a Waitress, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional dining experiences by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring the satisfaction of our guests. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Welcome guests warmly, guide them to their tables, and ensure they feel comfortable. Accurately record food and beverage orders from guests and relay them to the kitchen or bar staff. Deliver orders promptly and ensure guests are satisfied with their meals and drinks. Provide detailed information on menu items, daily specials, and promotions to guests. Keep tables, dining areas, and serving stations clean and organized at all times. Process bills and handle transactions using the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently. Address guest concerns promptly and professionally to ensure a positive dining experience. Work closely with kitchen staff and other waitstaff to provide seamless service. Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards and restaurant policies

Requirements:

Must have prior experience working as a waitress in the UAE. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Knowledge of UAE dining culture and guest expectations. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Basic math skills for handling cash and processing payments. Polite, friendly demeanor, and a commitment to excellent customer service. Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and carry trays or plates
