Job Description
• Greeting customers and delivering excellent customer service.
• Taking orders and deliver food
• Input orders in the POS System provided by the company.
• Making recommendations to customers and answering any questions.
• Making recommendations to customer in regards of our pastry items
• Coordinate orders for Junior Baristas and waiters to ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Manage orders for stock and coffee supplies, takeaways items.
• Maintain and clean all the areas. Organize services where needed.
• Monitor and maintain hygiene and cleaning standards.
• Liaise with management to ensure the smooth running of operations and delivery of quality products.
