Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Waitress to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the food and beverage industry and excellent English communication skills.
Responsibilities:
• Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Take and serve orders accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
• Assist in the preparation and presentation of food and beverages.
• Handle customer complaints and queries professionally.
Requirements:
• Good English communication skills.
• At least 2 years of experience in the Food & Beverage (F&B) industry.
• Experience with alcohol service is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
