Job Description
We are currently looking for skilled and friendly individuals to join our team as Waitresses in Dubai. The Waitress will play a key role in providing exceptional dining experiences to our guests.Responsibilities:Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.
Present menus and make recommendations based on guest preferences.
Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen staff.
Serve food and drinks to guests and ensure timely delivery.
Check on guests regularly to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area.
Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service.
Follow safety and hygiene standards at all times.
Requirements:Proven experience as a Waitress or in a similar role.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
Friendly and outgoing personality with a positive attitude.
UAE residency or work permit is required.
