PALMA BEACH RESORT & SPA is looking for experienced candidates for our Food & Beverages Outlets. As a Waitress cum Cashier you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
- Take orders and recommend food and beverage products, based on guest preferences
- Ensure extensive knowledge of menu and all outlet products.
- Practice grooming standards including uniform dress code, cleanliness and personal hygiene.
- Serve food and beverages to guests.
- Maintain a clean and tidy restaurant.
- Take any guest feedback seriously and advise hotel management.
- Comply with hotel security, fire regulations, and all health and safety legislation.
- Constantly apply standard operating procedures in your department.
- Adhere to hotel policies and procedures.
- Adhere to billing policies and cost-handling procedures.
- Must have experience in Micros
- Umm al-Quwain City: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred)
- Waitress/cashier: 1 year (Preferred)
