Overview: We are seeking a skilled and passionate waitress to join our team at a prestigious fine dining restaurant located in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE. As a waitress, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional dining experiences to our guests. You will be part of a dynamic team dedicated to delivering outstanding service and creating memorable moments for our patrons.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival.
• Present menus and provide detailed information when asked (e.g., about portions, ingredients, or potential food allergies).
• Take accurate food and drink orders, using a POS system efficiently.
• Serve food and beverages in a timely manner.
• Ensure tables are clean and tidy at all times.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure prompt and accurate order preparation.
• Address guests' requests and concerns promptly and courteously.
• Upsell additional products when appropriate.
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of menu items, specials, and promotions.
• Work effectively as part of a team to ensure seamless service.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a waitress or in a similar role in a fine dining setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and a positive attitude.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
