. The ideal candidate should be fluent in English and will serve as the first point of contact for guests, delivering exceptional service and ensuring an outstanding guest experience.
Responsibilities:
Greet Guests:
Provide a warm welcome to guests with a friendly and professional demeanor.
Take Orders:
Accurately record customer orders and relay them to kitchen or bar staff.
Serve Food & Beverages:
Deliver orders to guests promptly and courteously.
Exceptional Customer Service:
Address customer needs, check satisfaction levels, and respond to special requests to enhance the dining experience.
Maintain Cleanliness:
Ensure tables, chairs, and dining areas are kept clean and organized at all times.
Collaborate with Team:
Work closely with kitchen staff, bartenders, and other waitstaff to ensure efficient service.
Handle Transactions:
Process payments and provide change to customers as required.
Health & Safety Compliance:
Follow food safety and hygiene standards consistently.
Assist with Setup & Breakdown:
Set up dining areas before service and clean up after service, including restocking supplies.
Upsell Menu Items:
Promote specials and recommend menu items to enhance the customer experience and drive sales.
Qualifications:
Preferred Gender:

Language:
Fluency in Arabic and English (both spoken and written) is required.
Experience:
Previous experience (6 months to 1 year) in a customer service role is desirable.
Communication Skills:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a professional approach to customers.
Multitasking:
Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Organization:
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Key Requirements:
Must 6 months to 1 year experience as a Waitress or in a customer-facing role is preferred but not essential.
A positive, friendly, and approachable attitude with a passion for delivering excellent service.
Ability to work well within a team and contribute to a positive environment.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Physical stamina to stand, walk, and carry trays for extended periods.
