Job Title: Waiter

Location: Ajman

Job Summary: We are looking for a friendly and attentive Waiter to join our client team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring guests have an excellent dining experience by providing fast, friendly, and professional service. You will take orders, serve food and beverages, and provide exceptional customer service to guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Service:
• Greet and seat customers promptly with a warm and friendly attitude.
• Present menus and answer any questions about menu items, specials, or dietary preferences.
• Provide excellent customer service by ensuring customer satisfaction and addressing complaints or concerns promptly.
• Order Management:
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
• Communicate orders to the kitchen or bar promptly.
• Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to guests.
• Check on guests regularly to ensure they are enjoying their meal and service.
• Food and Beverage Knowledge:
• Stay knowledgeable about the restaurant's menu, daily specials, and promotions.
• Suggest menu items, drinks, and desserts based on customer preferences.
• Accommodate special requests and dietary restrictions.
• Table Management:
• Set up and maintain clean, tidy, and organized dining areas.
• Ensure tables are properly set with cutlery, napkins, and condiments.
• Clear and reset tables between courses and after meals.
• Payment Processing:
• Present bills and handle payments (cash, credit, or debit) accurately.
• Ensure proper handling of receipts and change, if applicable.
• Teamwork:
• Work closely with kitchen staff and other waiters to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist with opening and closing duties, such as preparing the dining area, cleaning, and restocking supplies.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a waiter or in a customer-facing role is preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage time effectively.
• Attention to detail and ability to handle customer requests efficiently.
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
• Flexible working hours, including weekends and holidays.
