We are looking for a friendly and energetic

Waitress cum Bowling Attendant

to join our team. This role combines excellent customer service with the excitement of a bowling facility. You will be responsible for serving food and beverages while ensuring guests have an enjoyable and seamless bowling experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist guests in a warm and professional manner. Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently. Set up and clean tables, ensuring a neat and inviting dining area. Assist in operating the bowling lanes, setting up games, and ensuring proper lane conditions. Explain bowling rules, handle scorekeeping, and troubleshoot minor lane issues. Ensure all safety and hygiene regulations are met. Process payments and maintain accurate billing. Provide excellent customer service and handle guest inquiries and concerns.

Requirements:

Previous experience in bowling center is a plus not mandatory. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Basic knowledge of bowling operations (training will be provided). Positive attitude and a team player.
