Job Description

Guest Service:

• Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables.
• Present menus, answer questions, and make recommendations on menu items.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen or bar.
• Serve food and beverages to guests promptly and efficiently.
• Address guest inquiries or complaints and escalate them to the supervisor if necessary.

Operations:

• Set up and clean tables, ensuring tableware and settings are spotless and properly arranged.
• Monitor and refill drinks, condiments, or other table needs during service.
• Ensure proper handling of food and beverages following health and safety guidelines.
• Process guest payments accurately, whether by cash, card, or room charges.

Teamwork:

• Assist team members in other sections during busy periods.
• Participate in pre-shift meetings and follow instructions from supervisors.
• Work collaboratively with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service.

General Duties:

• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Adhere to hotel/restaurant policies, standards, and dress code.
• Promote special offers or events to guests as directed by management

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED1,800.00 per month
