Guest Service:
• Greet guests promptly and warmly, ensuring they feel welcome and valued.
• Present menus, answer questions about dishes, and provide recommendations when requested.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders, relaying them promptly to the kitchen or bar.
• Serve food and beverages in accordance with established service standards.
• Address and resolve guest inquiries or complaints professionally and efficiently.
2. Operational Duties:
• Prepare tables by setting up linens, silverware, and glassware.
• Ensure proper cleanliness and arrangement of the dining area.
• Monitor food and beverage orders to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
• Follow up with guests to ensure satisfaction and anticipate their needs.
• Process payments accurately, including handling cash and operating the Point-of-Sale (POS) system.
3. Compliance and Safety:
• Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene standards in the workplace.
• Follow food safety protocols, including proper handling of food and beverages.
• Comply with hotel policies and procedures, including grooming and uniform standards.
4. Team Collaboration:
• Work closely with other team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
• Assist with opening and closing duties, including restocking supplies and cleaning.
• Communicate effectively with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure efficient service.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED1,300.00 - AED1,500.00 per month
