Position: Waiter/Waitress Responsibilities: 1. Greeting and seating customers in a friendly and efficient manner. 2. Presenting menus to customers and providing detailed information about menu items, including specials and promotions. 3. Taking customer orders accurately and promptly, ensuring special requests or dietary restrictions are noted. 4. Serving food and beverages to customers in a timely manner while ensuring accuracy and presentation standards. 5. Anticipating customer needs and providing exceptional customer service throughout their dining experience. 6. Checking on customers regularly to ensure satisfaction and promptly addressing any concerns or issues. 7. Processing customer payments accurately and efficiently, including handling cash, credit card transactions, and using POS systems. 8. Collaborating with kitchen staff to ensure smooth and timely food delivery and resolving any order discrepancies. 9. Maintaining cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including setting and clearing tables. 10. Adhering to all health and safety regulations and ensuring compliance with food handling and sanitation standards. 11. Upselling additional menu items, beverages, or desserts to increase sales and enhance the dining experience. Job Type: Full-time Experience:
