Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly and provide them with menus
• Take customer orders and relay to kitchen staff
• Serve food and beverages promptly and accurately
• Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing any concerns or special requests
• Monitor and maintain cleanliness and organization of dining area
• Collaborate with colleagues to provide efficient service
• Upsell menu items and promote specials
• Process payments and handle cash transactions
• Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a waiter/waitress min of 3 years
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail
• Basic math skills for handling payments

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED5,000.00 per month

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• waiter: 3 years (Required)
