Present menus to guests and provide detailed information about food and beverage options.
Take accurate and prompt orders from guests, including any special requests or dietary preferences.
Serve food and beverages to guests in a courteous and efficient manner.
Monitor guests\' needs during their dining experience and promptly attend to any additional requests.
Clear and reset tables to maintain a clean and inviting dining area.
Assist in setting up and organizing the restaurant for service.
Handle guest payments accurately and process transactions with a smile.
Collaborate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service flow.
Uphold health and safety standards, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in all areas.
Qualifications:

Previous experience as a Waiter/Waitress or in a similar customer service role is preferred, but not required.
Positive and friendly attitude with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing demands.
Customer-focused with the ability to anticipate and exceed guest expectations.
Basic math skills for handling payments and making change.
