Hiring ! Waiter & Waitress

The Waiter is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring guests have a pleasant and efficient dining experience in line with the establishment's standards.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner. Present menus, explain daily specials, and answer any questions regarding food and beverages. Take customer orders accurately, noting any special dietary requirements and communicating them to the kitchen. Serve food and beverages promptly and courteously. Check in with guests during their meal to ensure satisfaction and address any additional needs. Recommend food and beverage options to enhance the dining experience.

Service Operations

Handle customer payments, process credit card transactions, and provide receipts. Set up, clean, and reset tables between guests. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including service stations and dining areas. Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure accurate and timely order delivery. Adhere to health and safety standards, including food handling and sanitation protocols. Assist with refilling beverages, clearing tables, and cleaning up spills.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Good knowledge of food and beverage offerings. Attention to detail in order accuracy and presentation. High standards of personal hygiene and grooming.

Experience & Training

Previous experience as a waiter/waitress is preferred but not required. Full training will be provided, including a general induction and on-the-job training.

Educational Qualification

High school diploma or equivalent.
