We are looking for enthusiastic and professional Waiters/Waitresses who will contribute to an outstanding dining experience. You will play a key role in ensuring every customer has a memorable and enjoyable time while dining with us. Key Responsibilities: Customer Service: Greet guests with a warm and friendly smile, make them feel welcome, and ensure they are seated comfortably. Offer assistance with menu selections, explain specials, and take orders accurately. Order Handling & Food Delivery: Take food and beverage orders, ensuring that customer preferences and special requests are noted and communicated clearly to the kitchen. Deliver food and beverages to tables promptly and correctly. Customer Satisfaction: Monitor guests' satisfaction throughout their meal, checking in to ensure their experience is excellent. Handle any complaints or issues with professionalism and a positive attitude. Teamwork: Collaborate with kitchen staff and fellow wait staff to ensure timely and accurate service. Work together to resolve any issues quickly to provide the best customer experience possible. Cleanliness & Organization: Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the dining area. This includes resetting tables, keeping the dining area tidy, and ensuring restrooms and common areas are well-maintained. Payment Processing: Accurately process payments, handle cash, and give appropriate change. Ensure tips are calculated and distributed correctly. Opening/Closing Duties: Assist with opening and closing procedures for the restaurant, including setting up the dining room at the start of the shift and breaking down stations at the end of the night. What We're Looking For: Experience: Previous experience as a server, waiter, or waitress in a fast-paced environment is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidates. Personality: A positive, outgoing, and friendly attitude is a must. You should be confident and enjoy interacting with people. Communication Skills: Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with both customers and team members. Multitasking: Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining focus and accuracy. Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods, carry trays of food, and lift moderate to heavy items.
