Job Description
Restaurant is seeking enthusiastic and customer- focused individuals to join our team as Waiter/Waitress. As a waiter/waitress, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent service to our guests, ensuring their dining experience is memorable.
Responsibilities:
-Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
-Take food and beverage orders and accurately enter them into the system
-Deliver orders to tables in a timely fashion
-Assist with menu recommendations and provide information about specials
-Check- in with guests to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
-Handle cash and payments accurately
-Maintain cleanliness and order in the dining area
-Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service
