Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables.
Present menus, provide recommendations, and answer questions about food and beverages.
Take accurate food and drink orders and relay them to the kitchen or bar.
Serve food and beverages promptly while following high-standard service protocols.
Monitor guests' dining experience and respond promptly to their needs.
Handle guest complaints professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
Table Setup & Cleanliness:
Ensure tables are properly set with cutlery, glassware, and napkins before guests arrive.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the dining area, following health and safety regulations.
Clear tables efficiently and prepare them for the next guests.
Order Management & Coordination:
Work closely with kitchen staff and bartenders to ensure accurate and timely order delivery.
Communicate any special requests or dietary restrictions to the kitchen.
Process payments using POS systems and issue accurate bills.
Knowledge & Upselling:
Have in-depth knowledge of the menu, including ingredients, preparation methods, and allergens.
Suggest wine pairings and upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience.
Stay updated on daily specials, promotions, and seasonal menu changes.
Teamwork & Professionalism:
Coordinate with other team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
Assist in opening and closing duties, such as restocking and inventory checks.
Follow hotel service standards, dress code, and grooming guidelines.
