Key Responsibilities:Guest Service & Experience:
  • Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables.
  • Present menus, provide recommendations, and answer questions about food and beverages.
  • Take accurate food and drink orders and relay them to the kitchen or bar.
  • Serve food and beverages promptly while following high-standard service protocols.
  • Monitor guests' dining experience and respond promptly to their needs.
  • Handle guest complaints professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
Table Setup & Cleanliness:
  • Ensure tables are properly set with cutlery, glassware, and napkins before guests arrive.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the dining area, following health and safety regulations.
  • Clear tables efficiently and prepare them for the next guests.
Order Management & Coordination:
  • Work closely with kitchen staff and bartenders to ensure accurate and timely order delivery.
  • Communicate any special requests or dietary restrictions to the kitchen.
  • Process payments using POS systems and issue accurate bills.
Knowledge & Upselling:
  • Have in-depth knowledge of the menu, including ingredients, preparation methods, and allergens.
  • Suggest wine pairings and upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience.
  • Stay updated on daily specials, promotions, and seasonal menu changes.
Teamwork & Professionalism:
  • Coordinate with other team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
  • Assist in opening and closing duties, such as restocking and inventory checks.
  • Follow hotel service standards, dress code, and grooming guidelines.

  • Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities.
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment.
