Job Description

We are currently seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Waiters/Waitresses. As a waiter/waitress, you will play a key role in providing exceptional dining experiences to our guests.

Responsibilities:

Greeting and Seating Guests: Welcome guests as they arrive, escort them to their tables, and provide them with menus. Assist in seating arrangements to optimize table turnover and guest satisfaction.

Taking Orders: Present menus, answer questions about menu items, and take food and beverage orders from guests. Ensure accuracy in order-taking and promptly relay orders to the kitchen and bar staff.

Serving Food and Beverages: Deliver food and beverages to guests tables in a timely manner, ensuring presentation and temperature standards are met. Accommodate special requests and dietary restrictions as necessary.

Upselling and Recommendations: Promote additional menu items, specials, or beverages to enhance guests dining experience and increase sales. Provide recommendations and suggestive selling based on guests preferences and inquiries.

Check Backs: Periodically check back with guests to ensure satisfaction with their meals and address any concerns or requests promptly. Refill beverages and offer additional assistance as needed.

Payment Processing: Present bills to guests, process payments accurately, and handle cash and credit card transactions following established procedures. Thank guests for their patronage and invite them to return.

Cleanliness and Setup: Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area, including clearing tables, resetting tables for new guests, and ensuring proper sanitation standards are upheld.

Teamwork: Collaborate with fellow team members, including kitchen staff, host/hostesses, and management, to ensure smooth operations and exceptional guest service. Assist with other tasks as needed during busy periods.

Requirements

-F&B experience as a waiter preferably in a fine dining hotel or restaurant.

-F&B Health certificate.

-Presentable and taking care of Personal hygiene and appearance

-Ability to work night shift 4 PM-1 AM etc.

-No objection to an extension during busy times if need it.
