Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and personable Senior Waitress to join our team. This part-time role is ideal for someone passionate about customer service with at least one year of experience in a similar role. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring guests receive an exceptional dining experience while supporting the team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Take accurate orders and deliver food and beverages promptly
• Maintain high levels of cleanliness and organization in all areas of the restaurant
• Address guest inquiries and complaints efficiently and professionally
• Assist with setting up and clearing tables as required
• Provide guidance and support to junior team members
• Coordinate with kitchen staff and communicate any special requests

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience as a waitress or in a similar role
• Visa: Must have own visa (no sponsorship provided)
• Skills: Excellent communication and customer service skills, ability to work well under pressure, strong attention to detail
• Availability: Must be available to work 8-10 hours per day on a flexible schedule
