Job Title: Waiter with Barista Experience
Location: Al Fisht - Al Heera Beach, Sharjah

As a Waiter with Barista Experience at Tita Yara, you will be essential in providing prompt, friendly, and efficient service to our guests. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and drinks, and crafting specialty beverages while ensuring our guests enjoy an exceptional dining experience.

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests and present menus and daily specials.
• Take food, beverage, and specialty coffee orders, making recommendations when appropriate.
• Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and other beverages according to customer preferences.
• Relay orders to the kitchen and ensure all items are served promptly and meet quality standards.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods.
• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a pleasant dining experience for our guests.
• Assist in setting up and clearing tables and maintaining a clean dining area.
• Process bills and handle payment transactions.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues with professionalism.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Waiter and Barista or in a similar role, preferably in a fine dining restaurant.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, customer-oriented personality with a high level of attentiveness.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
• Well-groomed appearance and adherence to the restaurant's dress code.
• High school diploma; additional certification in hospitality or customer service is a plus.
