As a Waiter/Waitress, you will have the opportunity to work with our esteemed clients in the hospitality industry. Our clients are known for their exceptional service and commitment to providing a memorable dining experience.Responsibilities:
- Welcome and greet guests in a warm and professional manner
- Provide impeccable and personalized service to guests in accordance with fine dining standards
- Demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of the menu, including ingredients, preparation methods, and wine pairings.
- Serve food and beverages to guests with attention to detail
- Provide recommendations and assist guests in choosing menu items
- Ensure guest satisfaction by promptly addressing any concerns or requests
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area
- Engage guests in interactive dining experiences while maintaining professionalism.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient service
- Adhere to all health and safety guidelines and regulations
- Previous experience as a Waiter/Waitress is preferred
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain composure under pressure
- Positive and friendly attitude
- Team player with a willingness to support colleagues
- Knowledge of food and beverage menus and service procedures
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent
