Lobby Lounge - Waiter/WaitressTraders Hotel, Qaryat Al Beri, Abu DhabiAn amazing opportunity has opened up in our Lobby Lounge restaurant. The successful applicant will be responsible for providing a high level of service to our guests and always remaining available to assist and advise when necessary.What are we looking for?

- Previous experience in luxury hospitality/customer service.

- Interact with clients and understand their needs.
- Guide the guest through Lobby Lounge menu.
- Suggest options based on the customers palate and taste.
- Fulfil guest orders in an effective and organised manner.
- Collaborate with the Kitchen colleagues to keep excellent service standards.
- Empathetically listen to client queries/complaints and work with colleagues/Service Manager to find solutions.
