To understand and respond to all guest needs and requests in a timely and professional manner to ensure customer satisfaction
Must comply with the grooming standards of the company
To extend a courteous, friendly and professional greeting to guests as they arrive and to thank them as they depart
To make the seniors aware of all guest comments and guest complaints
To be thoroughly familiar with the service standards and procedures
To follow specified procedures to properly set up beach beds and cabanas stations.
To ensure cleanliness and maintenance of the beach areas
To set up beach with sunbeds, umbrellas and towels and to ensure that guests are provided with clean towels, as needed
To fold pack the umbrellas in the evenings
To follow all policies and procedures of the hotel
To immediately report all suspicious occurrences and hazardous conditions
To maintain safety of work areas at all times
To attend all mandatory meetings as directed
To perform other tasks as required /directed
Qualifications
Diploma or degree in vocational hospitality
1- 3 years experience in 4-5 star Hotel
Must be confident and good in speaking Englis
