We are recruiting Waiter / Waitress to join our team in Hotels in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and the ability to ensure our guests have an exceptional dining experience.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat guests promptly.
• Present menus and assist guests in making food and beverage selections.
• Take accurate food and drink orders.
• Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner.
• Ensure guest satisfaction by checking in with guests and resolving any issues.
• Clear and reset tables after guests have finished dining.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff and other restaurant personnel to ensure efficient service.
• Process payments and handle cash transactions.
• Uphold health and safety standards in all tasks.

Qualifications:

• Fresher or experience as a waiter/waitress
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong multitasking skills.
• A positive attitude and a team player.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Basic math skills for handling payments.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1,200.00 - AED2,000.00 per month
