We are looking for a skilled and friendly waiter/waitress to join our team. As a waiter/waitress, you will play a key role in providing excellent customer service to our patrons while contributing to the overall success and ambiance of our caf\xc3\xa9.

Responsibilities:

Greet customers warmly as they enter the caf\xc3\xa9 and seat them according to their preferences.
Present menus to customers and explain menu items, specials, and promotions.
Take customer orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen staff promptly.
Serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and courteous manner.
Check on customers regularly to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or special requests.
Anticipate customer needs and provide recommendations based on their preferences.
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks.
Process customer payments using our point-of-sale system and handle cash and credit card transactions accurately.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the dining area, including clearing tables, wiping down surfaces, and restocking supplies as needed.
Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth operation of the caf\xc3\xa9, including assisting with food preparation, cleaning tasks, and opening/closing duties.
Uphold high standards of food safety and hygiene at all times.
Qualifications:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating order totals.
Knowledge of food and beverage service techniques and etiquette.
Familiarity with coffee and espresso beverages is a plus.
Flexibility to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays as needed.
