Job Description
We are looking for friendly and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Waiters/Waitresses. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will play a key role in providing exceptional dining experiences to our guests. Responsibilities:
Greet and seat guests in a courteous and welcoming manner
Present menus and provide detailed information on dishes and specials
Take and accurately record food and beverage orders
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate service
Deliver food and beverages to tables and address any guest requests
Maintain cleanliness and order in the dining area
Process payments and provide accurate change to guests
Ensure a positive and memorable dining experience for all guests
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Waiter/Waitress is preferred but not required
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment
Knowledge of food and beverage items and menu offerings
Attention to detail and the ability to multitask
Willingness to learn and follow restaurant policies and procedures
