Job Description
We are looking for a motivated, creative, and customer-focused Travel Consultant to join our dynamic team. The Travel Consultant will be responsible for helping our customers make the best plans for their individual travel needs.
Responsibilities:

- Working with customers to assess their travel needs and recommend the best options
- Researching and recommending travel destinations, including hotels, flights, sightseeing, and activities
- Identifying and arranging suitable accommodation options
- Negotiating and booking discounted rates with hotels, airlines, and other vendors
- Advising travelers of necessary documents, visa application requirements, and health and safety measures
- Compiling and maintaining up-to-date information and travel knowledge
- Explaining terms and conditions of travel packages to customers
- Recommending and selling other products such as holiday insurance
- Keep up to date with industry trends and the latest destinations
- Respond to customer inquiries and feedback in a timely manner
- Develop promotions to increase sales and customer loyalty
- At least 2 years of experience working as a Travel Consultant or in a similar position
- Knowledge of basic travel needs and requirements
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Computer literacy, including knowledge of travel booking software and methods
- Passion for travel and customer service
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
