Position: Waiter / Waitress Package and Benefits:
  • Monthly Salary between AED 3,000 - 3,500/- commensurate with experience

Job Summary: A waiter or waitress plays a crucial role in the overall dining experience of customers. They are responsible for providing excellent customer service, taking orders, and serving food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner. Additionally, they should be knowledgeable about the menu and be able to make recommendations to enhance the dining experience. Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Waiter/Waitress or in a similar role
  • Knowledge of restaurant point-of-sale systems and order processing
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-stress situations gracefully.
  • Knowledge of food and beverage menu items and their preparation.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in order-taking and serving.
  • A team player with a positive attitude
  • Availability to work evenings / weekends / holidays
:
  • Greet and seat guests in a courteous and efficient manner
  • Present menus and provide detailed information about dishes and specials
  • Take accurate food and drink orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar
  • Ensure timely delivery of orders to tables
  • Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
  • Clear tables and maintain a clean and tidy dining area
  • Collaborate with other team members to provide seamless service
  • Upsell additional menu items and beverages as appropriate.
