Job Key Details:
- Welcome and seat guests in a friendly and courteous way
- Present menus, provide detailed information about the menu and make recommendations if necessary
- Take accurate food and beverage orders from guests
- Communicate customer orders to the kitchen team
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and efficient manner
- Ensure guests have a positive dining experience by addressing any concerns or special requests
- Monitor guest satisfaction and promptly resolve any issues to ensure customer retention
- Clear and reset tables efficiently, ensuring a clean and organized dining area at all times
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth and efficient restaurant operations
- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures to maintain a clean and hygienic work environment
- Conduct any other related tasks as may be required
- Previous experience as a waiter/waitress or in a similar customer service role
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent multitasking abilities and the ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
- Outstanding customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Basic math skills required
- Attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions and procedures
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
- Candidates in the UAE can apply
