Waiter / Waitress
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and serve customers with a positive attitude.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
• Provide menu recommendations and answer customer questions.
• Ensure orders are delivered promptly and to the correct standard.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining area.
• Handle payments and process transactions through the POS system.
• Assist with setting up and cleaning dining areas before and after shifts.
Requirements:
• Previous experience in a restaurant or similar customer service role is a plus.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task .
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Must be a team player with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED1,200.00 - AED1,500.00 per month
Experience:
• server: 1 year (Preferred)
