What will you do?

• Interact with clients and understand their needs.
• Guide the guest through Shang Palace menu.
• Suggest options based on the customers palate and taste.
• Fulfil guest orders in an effective and organised manner.
• Work with Shang Palace culinary team to keep excellent service standards.
• Empathetically listen to client queries/complaints and work with colleagues/ Service Manager to find solutions.
