Job Description
The Waiter/Waitress is responsible for providing excellent customer service, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience for customers. Key Responsibilities: Greet and seat customers in a friendly manner. Take accurate food and drink orders and relay them to the kitchen staff. Serve food and beverages to customers promptly. Check on customers to ensure they are enjoying their meals and address any issues. Process payments and handle cash transactions. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area and tables. Qualifications and Skills: High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience as a Waiter/Waitress preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and customer service orientation.
