Key Responsibilities:

• Guest Welcome and Seating:

Greet guests warmly upon arrival and guide them to their tables.

Assist with seating arrangements and ensure guests are comfortable.

. Manage Chairs, Bean bags for guest outside beach area.

. Make proper seat arrangement at Cabana and tents to guest outside beach area.

• Table Preparation and Service:

Set up tables with clean linens, cutlery, glassware, and any necessary items before guests arrive.

Present menus to guests and explain special items or promotions.

Take guest orders accurately and ensure they are relayed promptly to the kitchen or bar.

Serve food and beverages professionally, ensuring the presentation is to standard.

• Table Maintenance:

Regularly check on guests to ensure they have everything they need.

Clear empty plates, glasses, and other items promptly while ensuring tables remain tidy.

Refill water glasses and replace utensils or napkins as needed.

• Guest Interaction and Assistance:

Respond promptly to guest inquiries or requests.

Handle special requests, including dietary restrictions or food allergies, with care.

Address and resolve minor complaints courteously; escalate complex issues to the manager.

• Order and Billing Management:

Confirm orders before delivering them to ensure accuracy.

Present bills to guests and process payments quickly and correctly.

• Cleanliness and Organization:

Keep tables, chairs, and surrounding areas clean throughout service.

Reset tables efficiently for the next guests after the current guests leave.

• Team Collaboration:

Coordinate with colleagues and other departments to ensure seamless service.

Support fellow team members during busy periods or as needed.

Perform any other duties as assigned by management to ensure operational success.

• Professional Conduct:

Always maintain a friendly and professional demeanour with guests.

Adhere to the uniform and grooming standards of Kite Surf Beach Center.

. Handling Lost and Found

• If applicable, help with lost and found items or inform management about any lost property.
