They are responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guest satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be attentive to detail, and possess a strong customer service orientation.
Key Responsibilities
• Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Provide detailed menu knowledge.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables and dining areas.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints promptly.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations.
Qualifications
• Previous experience in a similar role.
