Job Responsibilities:

• Greet customers, record orders, and serve food and beverages with a consistently positive and helpful attitude, including answering questions about the menu.
• Handle online orders efficiently and ensure timely processing and delivery.
• Input orders into a point-of-sale system and accept payment using a credit card reader or cash register, calculating change accurately and quickly as required.
• Process customer payments and provide excellent customer service.
• Maintain restaurant cleanliness daily by clearing the kitchen, sweeping and mopping floors, and washing and sanitizing kitchen utensils.
• Assist with other tasks as needed to support the smooth operation of the restaurant.

Required Qualifications:

• Experience:
• Minimum of 2 years as a waitress/waiter.
• At least 1 year of experience in the UAE.
• Skills:
• Good English communication skills; Arabic is a plus.
• Excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Fast-moving and attentive to details.

• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED2,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Fujairah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

• Restaurant: 2 years (Required)
• Waiter: 2 years (Required)
