Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Waiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to providing top-notch service to our guests.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables.
• Present menus, answer questions, and provide recommendations.
• Take and relay food and drink orders accurately to the kitchen and bar staff.
• Serve food and beverages promptly and courteously.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and address any concerns or special requests.
• Process payments and ensure accurate billing.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
• Follow all health and safety regulations.
• Assist team members as needed to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a waiter or in customer service (preferred but not required).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude and team-player mentality.
• Availability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, and carry items for extended periods.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED2,700.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
