Job Title: Waiter/Waitress
Location: Lavash, Dubai Marina
Employment Type: Full-Time :Lavash is expanding its culinary excellence to a new location in Dubai Marina, and we are looking for enthusiastic and experienced Waiters/Waitresses to join our team. You will play a key role in delivering a unique dining experience to our guests by providing top-notch customer service in line with Lavashs core philosophy of "unreasonable hospitality."Key Responsibilities:

• Guest Service:
• Greet guests warmly, provide seating, and ensure timely service.
• Present menus, provide detailed information on dishes, and make recommendations based on guests' preferences.
• Deliver orders in a timely manner while adhering to our service standards.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing their needs and requests throughout the dining experience.
• Order Management:
• Take accurate food and beverage orders, relay them to the kitchen, and ensure all orders are served correctly.
• Serve food and beverages, ensuring presentation aligns with Lavashs standards.
• Cleanliness & Maintenance:
• Keep the dining area clean and presentable, set up tables with attention to detail, and ensure proper cleanliness of utensils and tableware.
• Assist with the cleaning and resetting of tables in between services.
• Team Collaboration:
• Work closely with kitchen staff, bartenders, and other team members to provide a seamless experience.
• Communicate effectively with the team to manage high-volume situations and meet service goals.
• Payment Processing:
• Handle billing efficiently, process payments, and provide correct change when necessary.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Previous experience as a waiter/waitress in a restaurant or cafxc3xa9 setting is preferred.
• Skills:
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive and detail-oriented.
• Languages: Fluency in English is required. Additional languages are a plus.
• Appearance: Professional grooming standards, as per Lavash uniform guidelines.
