Job Key Details
Organize tables as required
Receive all customers to the restaurant
Accompany the customers to the table
Present the menu and receive orders from the customers
Inform the kitchen team about the customer orders
Assist in serving the customer
Collect payments when customers are done with their meals
Assist management with customer feedback
Job Qualifications and Experience
At least two years of experience as a waiter
Must have good communication and interpersonal skills
Should have good customer service skills
Ability to work well under pressure
Should be good looking and presentable
