Palma Beach Resort & Spa is seeking experienced and dedicated candidates to join our Food & Beverage team as Waiters. In this role, you will play a crucial part in delivering an exceptional dining experience for our guests. Key Responsibilities:

• Take orders and recommend food and beverage selections based on guest preferences.
• Demonstrate extensive knowledge of the menu and all outlet products.
• Adhere to grooming standards, including uniform dress code, cleanliness, and personal hygiene.
• Serve food and beverages to guests with a focus on quality and presentation.
• Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment.
• Actively listen to guest feedback and communicate any concerns to hotel management.
• Consistently apply standard operating procedures within your department.
• Follow hotel policies and procedures, including billing and cost handling protocols.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred.
• Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
• A positive attitude and ability to work well in a team.
• Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED1,200.00 - AED1,300.00 per month
